With the same account they already use for their school email, through the sign-in your trust has now. No new passwords to remember, reset or write on a note.

Start with One School
Try it with one school for a half term if you would rather. Add the rest when you are happy, and change anything yourself as you go.
It fits around your finance system rather than competing with it.
PS Financials, Sage, Xero or whatever you run stays your system of record. Requestable takes care of everything that happens before the commitment, then hands your finance team an approved order with the authorisation already attached to it.
